Our Advanced Rolling Equipment
Our facility features the Roundo PS 230 X 2000, a 5.5kW fully hydraulic 3-roll machine. This specialized equipment is designed for maximum versatility and power, allowing us to handle heavy-duty plates with ease.
Pre-Bending Capability: Unlike standard rolling machines, our 3-roll hydraulic system is capable of pre-bending. This significantly reduces the “flat ends” typically found at the edges of rolled plates, ensuring a more accurate and circular profile from start to finish.
Hydraulic Precision: Full hydraulic control allows for smooth, incremental adjustments, ensuring tight tolerances and consistent curvature across the entire width of the material.
